MicroVision Secures Multiple Orders from North America and Europe
MicroVision announced continued growth in the number of initial and repeating purchase orders from multiple customers across North America and Europe representing thousands of MicroVision IRIS long-range lidar sensors for industrial and security and defense applications. "These orders reflect the commercial progression we have been working toward, moving from evaluation and validation to deployment and ultimately greater scale," said Glen DeVos, Chief Executive Officer of MicroVision. "Importantly, this is not about a single customer or application. Multiple customers across North America and Europe are committing to our technology, collectively representing thousands of IRIS sensors and providing a clear path toward HALO adoption and recurring revenue tied to our high-margin perception solution."

MicroVision Commences Public Offering of Stock and Warrants
MicroVision announced that it has commenced a public offering to offer and sell units, consisting of (i) one share of common stock (or pre-funded warrant in lieu thereof) and (ii) one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. All of the shares of common stock, pre-funded warrants and accompanying warrants are being offered by MicroVision. WestPark Capital is acting as exclusive placement agent for the offering on a reasonable best-efforts basis.
MicroVision Appoints Christine Chambers as CFO
MicroVision (MVIS) announced the appointment of Christine Chambers as CFO, effective August 27. As CFO, she will lead MicroVision's global finance organization and play a key role in supporting the company's strategic priorities as it expands commercialization of its lidar, perception software, and semiconductor technologies across multiple markets. Chambers most recently served as CFO of Fusemachines (FUSE).
