Innventure Q2 Revenue $953K, Below Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $953K, consensus $1.97M. "We firmly believe the industry is moving toward a future where two-phase liquid cooling becomes an essential part of AI infrastructure," said Bill Haskell, Chief Executive Officer. "While our conviction in Accelsius' long-term opportunity has only strengthened, evolving dynamics in the AI infrastructure market, including constraints facing smaller early adopters around power availability, GPU access, and deployment timing, have impacted our near-term expectations and render 2026 revenue generation an imprecise reflection of the meaningful progress Accelsius is making. As a result, we are suspending our previously communicated expectations regarding Accelsius' 2026 revenue and cash flow targets and shifting our focus to execution against important milestones that govern scaled market adoption, which include forging strong relationships with industry leaders. In light of our expectations regarding Accelsius' ability to make progress against these milestones and the momentum we are seeing at AeroFlexx and Refinity, we believe Innventure is well positioned to create shareholder value over the long term."
Innventure Appoints Bill Grieco as New CEO
Innventure announced that its board of directors has appointed Bill Grieco as Innventure's next CEO, effective October 1. Grieco will succeed Bill Haskell, who is retiring after a career spanning more than 45 years - the last six of which have been as Innventure's CEO. Haskell will work closely with Grieco to support a transition over the next three months. The appointment follows a succession planning and search process led by a subcommittee of Innventure's board, conducted with the assistance of an executive search firm that evaluated both internal and external candidates.
Innventure Reveals Capital Allocation Strategy, Anticipates $250M to $350M Funding Needs
Innventure provided additional detail on its capital allocation strategy, noting increased investor interest in how it deploys capital across its operating companies. The company said its strategy is intended to govern the anticipated full lifecycle of capital inside the platform. Innventure stated it intends to retain only the capital required to fund operating needs and new company launches for approximately three to five years, estimated today at approximately $250M-350M. "Innventure was designed to be evergreen, self-funding, and structurally aligned with shareholder interests," said Roland Austrup, chief growth officer.
Accelsius Launches NeuCool IR150 Integrated Cooling Solution
Accelsius announced the general availability of the NeuCool IR150, a fully integrated rack-level cooling solution that combines a two-phase Coolant Distribution Unit, 42U of IT rack space, and built-in liquid and vapor manifolds in a single 800mm-wide enclosure, offering up to 150kW of capacity. Reimagined from the ground up for the liquid cooling era, the IR150 is a true plug-and-play system designed to move through established IT infrastructure channels, making two-phase liquid cooling accessible not just to hyperscalers but to enterprises and smaller operators for the first time. Its fully integrated form factor is perfect for edge deployments and the small language model workloads that will proliferate across the market as AI matures. The company also unveiled the NeuCool HyperStart program, a new initiative created to support hyperscale operators, neocloud providers, and key partners in validating two-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions and accelerating their readiness for high-density, large-scale deployments.
