INNEOVA Secures Multi-Million Dollar Contract with PSA Singapore
INNEOVA Holdings announced that its subsidiary, INNEOVA Engineering, has been awarded a multi-year overhaul tender valued in the multi-million dollar range from PSA Singapore. The contract award demonstrates INNEOVA's capabilities as an engineering solutions provider in overhaul mechanics and aftersales support infrastructure, enabling the Company to deliver engineering services to maximize equipment uptime and optimize total cost of ownership for PSA's port operations. "We are pleased to continue supporting PSA's operations through this contract," said Jimmy Neo, Chief Executive Officer of INNEOVA Holdings Ltd. INNEOVA Enters Strategic Partnership with HyCee
INNEOVA, through its subsidiary INNEOVA Engineering, announced the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, SCA, with HyCee, a joint venture of GuoFu Hydrogen. This agreement builds on the September 2025 Memorandum of Understanding and advances the deployment of a Hydrogen Pathfinder Pilot in Singapore. Under the SCA, INNEOVA Engineering and HyCee will leverage their complementary strengths to industrialize hydrogen energy technologies and promote low-carbon economic development in alignment with global "Dual Carbon" goals. The partnership encompasses the following initiatives: 1) Supporting the Hydrogen Ecosystem; 2) Certification and road licensing for hydrogen-powered vehicles in Singapore; 3) In-depth collaboration on fleet management for hydrogen-powered vehicles.
INNEOVA Progresses Hydrogen Initiative
INNEOVA Holdings provided investors with an update on its hydrogen energy initiatives following the September 2025 signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with HyCee. Since establishing the partnership, INNEOVA Engineering has advanced its strategic positioning as a pathfinder for hydrogen adoption in Singapore, aligning with the nation's ambitious decarbonization roadmap. Singapore's National Hydrogen Strategy, launched in 2022, targets net-zero emissions by 2050, with hydrogen projected to supply up to 50% of the nation's power needs by mid-century. This represents a substantial long-term market opportunity as Singapore develops hydrogen as a key decarbonization pathway for hard-to-electrify sectors including heavy industry, shipping, aviation, and heavy-load mobility.
