ZoomInfo Becomes Data Partner for Salesforce's Hunter
ZoomInfo is one of the flagship data partners for Hunter, Salesforce's new outbound sales agent built for Sales Cloud. Hunter combines a seller's CRM and sales context with live ZoomInfo intelligence to prioritize accounts, identify relevant prospects, and inform next actions inside the workflow sellers already use. Hunter is Salesforce's outbound sales agent, designed to help sellers turn their goals into action. It learns a team's sales motion from calls, emails, and notes, works within existing permissions and approval rules, and keeps context on accounts, contacts, and opportunities over time. When a step needs a judgment call, Hunter shows its reasoning and asks the rep for approval first.
ZoomInfo Confirms Native Integration with n8n
ZoomInfo confirmed a native integration with n8n, the workflow automation platform teams use to connect apps and build AI agents. The integration allows joint customers to combine verified ZoomInfo intelligence with n8n's automation and agent capabilities with immediate effect. The integration ships as a verified node inside n8n, built and maintained by ZoomInfo. Once a workflow authenticates with a customer's own ZoomInfo credentials, it can call ZoomInfo's GTM Context Graph directly: verified data on more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals. Workflow teams have typically stitched ZoomInfo data into automations through static exports that go stale within weeks. The native node removes that step. A workflow now reads the current record at run time instead of a snapshot a person uploaded weeks earlier.
ZoomInfo Confirms Native Integration with ClickUp
ZoomInfo has confirmed a native integration with ClickUp, the world's first Converged AI Workspace used by sales, marketing, and project teams. The integration allows mutual customers to bring verified ZoomInfo data into ClickUp with immediate effect. The integration runs through a native connector built on Model Context Protocol, the open standard that lets AI agents and applications reach external data sources through one interface. Once a mutual customer connects their ZoomInfo entitlement to ClickUp, tasks, docs, and ClickUp's AI agents can query GTM.AI directly for company and contact data grounded in ZoomInfo's GTM Context Graph, which holds identity-resolved records on more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals. The connector replaces a manual workflow. Sales and project teams working in ClickUp no longer need to export a contact list from ZoomInfo or paste account details into a task by hand. The data is available where the task already lives. Teams can use the connector to keep account and contact context current on active deals, to ground an AI agent's answer about a company in verified data rather than a stale CRM record, and to bring firmographic and contact detail into project docs without leaving ClickUp.
ZoomInfo Achieves ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Certification
ZoomInfo has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System. The achievement builds on ZoomInfo's record in responsible AI. The ISO/IEC 42001 certification was issued by Schellman. The certification marks an important achievement in ZoomInfo's ongoing investment in secure, accountable, and well-governed AI. The certification is the international standard for artificial intelligence management systems, providing a framework for organizations to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the way AI is governed across its lifecycle. ZoomInfo established the governance structure, accountability, risk and impact management practices, operational controls, performance evaluation, and continual-improvement processes assessed during certification.
ZoomInfo Launches Agent Teams to Enhance Revenue Teams
ZoomInfo announced Agent Teams, which gives revenue teams AI agents that run complete GTM plays reliably. Agent Teams coordinates teams of agents across a company's systems, its signals, and ZoomInfo's intelligence to execute complete GTM motions from signal to action, without a person babysitting every step. Agent Teams is built on the orchestration architecture of DoubleO.ai, founded by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, which ZoomInfo announced it had acquired yesterday. It's built to run complex, multi-step GTM motions reliably, something most AI agents can't do. It's available now in GTM Studio, with no new SKU or contract required.
