Company Declares Cash Dividend of $0.10 per Share

The Company announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.20 for the second half of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2026 to shareholders of record as of July 2, 2026.
