Cosmos Health Commissions New Automated Order Processing Facility in Athens
Cosmos Health announced that its wholly owned pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary, CosmoFarm, is commissioning new automated order-processing and vehicle-loading infrastructure at its distribution center in Peristeri, western Athens, designed to move pharmacy orders through the facility and onto delivery vehicles faster.
Cosmos Health Reaches 12,050 U.S. Subscriptions
Cosmos Health launched its U.S. subscription model in mid-July 2026 and began scaling it in mid-September as it accelerated investment in its U.S. platform. On October 14, 2026, the Company first reported 6,287 active U.S. subscriptions. Five days later, that number had risen 42% to 8,940. As of October 28, 2026, it reached 12,050, up 35% in nine days and 92% in two weeks. Monthly subscription value, which represents the amount that would be billed on active subscriptions in a month at standard renewal pricing, grew even faster, rising 94% over the same two weeks, from $919,945 to $1,787,585. Online checkout orders tracked by the Company's platform rose to 20,677, up 41% from 14,624 on October 19, 2026 and 90% from 10,881 on October 14, 2026. Greg Siokas, CEO of Cosmos Health, stated: "Two weeks ago, we reported 6,287 active U.S. subscriptions. As of October 28, we have 12,050, and the monthly value of our subscription base has nearly doubled to almost $1.8 million. We built this business in just a few months, and it is scaling rapidly. What makes this growth so valuable is that it is recurring. Every new subscriber adds to a recurring revenue base that grows with each monthly cohort, giving us increasing visibility into future revenue. With the same model now live in Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region, we are just getting started."
Cosmos Health Expands E-commerce to Australia and New Zealand
Cosmos Health announced the expansion of its e-commerce and subscription business to Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region. The business is now live across the region, and sales are already underway. Customers across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region can now purchase Cosmos Health products directly through the Company's online stores, with the option to subscribe for recurring delivery at checkout. Sales in the region are already underway. Greg Siokas, CEO of Cosmos Health, stated: "This is an exciting moment for Cosmos Health. In just months, our subscription model has attracted thousands of customers in the United States who choose to receive our products on a recurring basis. Today, that same model is live in Australia, New Zealand and the broader Oceania region, and sales are already underway."
Cosmos Health Expects Q4 2026 U.S. Revenue of $15M
Cosmos Health announced that, based on its current growth trajectory, it expects U.S. revenue of approximately $15M for the fourth quarter of 2026, with gross profit of approximately $10.5M. Subscriptions are expected to generate more than three-quarters of fourth quarter U.S. revenue, and momentum toward this outlook continues to build: as of October 19, 2026, active U.S. subscriptions reached 8,940, up 42% from the 6,287 announced on October 14. Based on its current growth trajectory, Cosmos Health expects its U.S. revenue for the fourth quarter ending December 31 to reach approximately $15M, with gross profit of approximately $10.5M. The outlook reflects the Company's U.S. online direct-to-consumer business and is supported by a significantly expanded marketing budget for the fourth quarter. Revenue is expected to accelerate through the quarter, with December expected to be the strongest month. New subscriptions and renewals are expected to build on each other month after month. Subscriptions are expected to generate approximately $11.5M, or more than three-quarters, of fourth quarter U.S. revenue. This includes approximately $8.2M from first orders placed by new subscribers and approximately $3.3M from renewals of subscriptions started during the quarter. One-time purchases are expected to contribute the remaining approximately $3.5M. Renewals are expected to grow each month as successive cohorts of subscribers renew, steadily increasing the recurring portion of U.S. revenue. At an expected gross margin of approximately 70%, the Company expects fourth quarter U.S. gross profit of approximately $10.5M. The Company believes this margin profile reflects the efficiency of its direct-to-consumer model.
Cosmos Health's CosmoFarm Reports Record Revenue Over $15M in Q2 2026
Cosmos Health provided an update on its wholly owned pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary, CosmoFarm, which delivered record revenue of over $15M in the second quarter of 2026, representing an annualized revenue run-rate of over $60M. CosmoFarm has invested several million euros in robotic systems and specialist personnel, and that program is ongoing. The Company is adding further automation and artificial intelligence across procurement, inventory and order fulfillment, and expanding the facility for higher volumes. In June 2026 the Company also signed an agreement to deploy an AI-powered call center supporting multilingual voice, outbound campaigns and real-time reporting. Facility expansion and robotic capacity could support an additional $40M or more in annual revenue, with scope to expand further through subsequent investment as volumes require. Against current annualized revenue of over $60M, that would position CosmoFarm to operate at annualized revenue above $100M. Cosmos Health has issued guidance targeting revenue of $200.6M, gross profit of $71.2M, adjusted EBITDA of $44.2M and net income of $31.M in 2029. CosmoFarm is expected to be central to these targets. As the Company's largest revenue contributor it is expected to provide a substantial share of the volume growth behind the revenue target, while the operating leverage described above is expected to contribute to consolidated margin expansion.
