Reports Q3 revenue $691.6M, consensus $640.79M. "A combination of best-in-class execution and continued industry stabilization allowed us to deliver another strong quarter of operating and financial performance," said Rob Chambers, CEO. "Beyond our financial performance, we continued to deliver tangible progress against our five strategic priorities, further strengthening our operating and financial foundation. A significant achievement during the quarter was the closing of our joint venture with EQT. The transaction enabled us to reduce our outstanding debt by $1.15B, reducing net leverage ratio by a full turn and significantly strengthening our balance sheet and financial flexibility. This partnership highlights the quality and attractiveness of our mission-critical assets, while establishing a development partner to support future growth opportunities. While the operating environment remains challenging, our efforts are yielding visible results, and we have seen a multi-quarter improvement in key metrics across the business. Based on the consistency of our execution, we are increasing our full-year AFFO outlook to a range of $1.31-$1.33 per share. Our team remains focused on delivering against our commitments, and we believe the progress reflected in our results demonstrates the long-term value that can be created as we continue to execute on our key strategic priorities."

"Americold delivered another quarter of strong results, with Adjusted FFO of 35c per share exceeding our expectations and total revenues increasing year-over-year. We were encouraged by ongoing growth in both physical occupancy and pricing, as industry fundamentals show continued signs of stabilization. While consumer demand remains relatively flat, our results demonstrate the strength of our platform, the value of our customer relationships, and our ability to win new business through operational excellence and disciplined commercial execution...We are advancing towards closing our joint venture with EQT, which we expect will significantly improve our balance sheet, enhance our financial flexibility and provide a strategic platform to pursue future developments...Our team continues to execute well, and the strength of our first-half operating performance, combined with the improving trends we are seeing across the business, gives us the confidence to increase our full-year Adjusted FFO guidance to a range of $1.26-$1.32 per share.
