Click Holdings Signs MOU to Enter Shandong Province
Click Holdings announced that its senior-care brand Care U has signed a memorandum of understanding to enter Shandong Province - China's largest provincial market by elderly population - through the Qingdao elderly-nursing network of Weipu, affiliated with Hong Kong Baixiangyuan Elderly Care Consulting Limited. The MOU gives Care U a local channel in Qingdao, starting in Jimo District, to roll out Care U home-nursing services and the Care U Go mobile safety platform across Shandong. It executes Click's plan to scale Care U home nursing through Mainland Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities over the next three years.

Click Holdings announced the strategic acquisition of 100% equity stake in a Hong Kong-based company specializing in digital HR solutions for the construction industry. The target operates an integrated platform that streamlines salary payments between construction workers and subcontractors, while incorporating attendance tracking, work records, and comprehensive workforce management tools. Through this investment and strategic partnership, Click Holdings gains privileged access to a valuable database covering data on hundreds of thousands of construction workers across Hong Kong. Click Holdings expects this acquisition and ongoing collaboration to rapidly scale the construction worker HR solutions segment. Within two years, it is projected to contribute over HK$50M in annual revenue to the CLIK Group.
