Cibus Transfers Gene-Edited Materials to Interoc
Cibus announced the transfer of gene-edited materials for herbicide tolerance in rice to its partner, Interoc. This transition facilitates the commencement by Interoc of testing and production in anticipation of the forthcoming launch of Interoc's Cibus enhanced seed products into the Latin American agricultural sector.

Cibus Plans Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
Cibus announced that it intends to offer shares of its Class A common stock, and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors that so elect, pre-funded warrants to purchase additional shares of its Class A Common Stock in an underwritten public offering. Cibus currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to fund further development of its weed management traits in Rice. BTIG is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.

Stock futures are lower as investors balance oil prices against still-elevated geopolitical risk. The move follows a series of volatile sessions where markets have swung sharply based on headlines tied to the Middle East conflict and energy supply disruptions. Stock Futures Slightly Lower Amid Oil Price Volatility
Stock futures were fractionally lower following marginal gains during Tuesday's session amid continuing conflict in Iran. Though oil ended up down for the session, it was trading higher earlier in the session once again following comments from President Trump on Monday, in which he suggested that a coalition to protect shipping along the Strait of Hormuz remains in the works, though he told reporters that some countries are "less than enthusiastic" about such plans.
