authID announced that one of the largest global retailers has agreed to deploy its biometric verification and authentication platform to secure the online accounts for more than 100,000 workforce members across more than a thousand locations.

authID Partners with First Mile Labs for Biometric Identity Verification

authID announced it has been selected by First Mile Labs to provide biometric identity verification for corporate onboarding. First Mile Labs, a U.K.-based provider of compliance solutions for financial services, will integrate authID's biometric technology into its platform to support secure and compliant onboarding for its banking clients. The technology includes document validation, liveness detection, and deepfake protection. Matthew Goodbody, founder of First Mile Labs, explained, "Our clients leverage our no-code platform in order to onboard only trusted individuals and organizations." authID CEO Rhon Daguro added, "Fraudulent customers can cost you money. But fraudulent insiders are an existential threat."
