Q2 Revenue Falls to $248M, Operating Loss of $233.7M
Reports Q2 revenue $248.0M vs. $278.2M last year. Revenue decreased (11)% year-over-year, due primarily to macroeconomic conditions causing a reduction in Pro spend and utilization of available Pro capacity, reflecting a shift in homeowner demand toward lower-consideration categories. Revenue per Lead increased 1% year-over-year in Q2 2026, primarily reflecting a favorable shift in Pro mix toward the company's subscription product. A non-cash impairment of goodwill and indefinite-lived intangible assets of $235.2M led to an operating loss of ($233.7M) in Q2 2026 and year-to-date operating loss of ($243.2M), compared to operating income of $17.7M in Q2 2025.
