WTW Reports Q2 Revenue of $2.5B, Exceeding Expectations

Company Board Approves $1.5B Increase in Share Repurchase Authority

The company announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase to the existing share repurchase authority in the amount of $1.5B. The $1.5B increase is in addition to the approximately $500M remaining on the current open-ended repurchase authority.
