Virtus Investment Partners Declares $2.45 Quarterly Dividend

Virtus Investment Partners announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.45 per common share. "This ninth consecutive annual dividend increase reflects our continued commitment to returning capital to shareholders," said George R. Aylward, president and chief executive officer. "Supported by a solid balance sheet and ongoing cash flow generation, our disciplined approach to capital management allows us to provide an attractive dividend, pursue share repurchase opportunities, and retain appropriate leverage while continuing to invest in the business."

Virtus Investment Partners Reports $150.6B in Total Client Assets

Virtus Investment Partners reported preliminary assets under management of $148.9B and other fee earning assets of $1.7B for total client assets of $150.6B as of July 31. The change in AUM from June 30 reflects market performance and net outflows in retail separate accounts, institutional accounts, U.S. retail funds and global funds, partially offset by positive net flows in exchange-traded funds and tender offer funds.
