Ridgepost Capital Reports Q2 Revenue of $80.9M, AUM Reaches $34.3B
Reports Q2 revenue $80.9M, consensus $80.8M. Fee paying assets under management of $34.3B represented an 19% increase from the prior year. "Ridgepost Capital delivered another strong quarter of results, highlighting the durability of our fee-based model as well as the breadth of our investment platform," said Luke Sarsfield, Ridgepost Capital Chairman and CEO. "We achieved important milestones during the quarter, including surpassing $50B in AUM and reaching nearly $35B in fee-paying AUM, while continuing to deliver differentiated performance and healthy fundraising activity across the platform. Additionally, the completion of the Stellus acquisition further enhances our capabilities and broadens our longer-term opportunity set. Reports Q1 revenue $75.0M vs. $67.7M last year. "Ridgepost Capital delivered record fundraising levels to start 2026," said CEO Luke Sarsfield. "Fee-paying assets under management stood at approximately $31B at quarter-end, surpassing $30B for the first time and representing 18% year-over-year growth. Growth in Q1 was driven by nearly $2B of gross capital raised and deployed, in line with our expectations and demonstrating the growing demand for alternatives. This strong start to the year and the progress we've made on the vision outlined at our Investor Day underscores the strength of our differentiated private markets platform, with a unique focus on the middle and lower-middle markets and a diverse and durable LP base."
Ridgepost Capital Executive VP Mark Hood to Retire on May 31
Ridgepost Capital announced that Mark Hood will retire from his position as executive VP and chief administration officer, effective May 31. Hood will continue to serve the company as a strategic advisor.
