AI OKTO Declares Special Dividend of $3.50 per Share

AI OKTO announced that the company's board of directors has declared a one-time, special dividend of $3.50 per common share, consisting of either cash or the company's common shares. The dividend is payable to the company's shareholders of record at the close of business on November 2 and is expected to be paid on or about November 25. Given that the payment of the special dividend represents more than 25% of the current trading price of the company's common shares, Nasdaq has advised the company that its common shares will trade with "due bills". More information on this process is included below. The company expects the dividend will be a taxable dividend to shareholders, regardless of whether received in the form of cash or common shares.

Robin Energy Acquires AI Okto LPG Carrier for $18M

Robin Energy announced that it has entered into an agreement, through a wholly owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2015-built 5,000 cbm LPG Carrier vessel from AI Okto, a Nasdaq-listed entity controlled by our chairman and CEO, for a purchase price of $18M. The terms of the transaction were approved by the boards of Robin Energy and AI Okto, following the negotiation and recommendation by special committees of the independent and disinterested directors of the boards of Robin Energy and AI Okto. The acquisition is expected to be concluded by taking delivery of the vessel during the fourth quarter of 2026 and is subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions. The company expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand.
