BBB Foods Reports Q2: 155 Net New Stores, 38.7% Revenue Growth
Yesterday, BBB Foods reported Q2 results. In Q2, the company opened 155 net new stores and opened one distribution center. K. Anthony Hatoum, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said, "We delivered strong results in the second quarter of 2026. Despite a soft consumer environment in Mexico, same-store sales grew 20.0%, driven by our compelling value proposition, strong brand recognition, and growing customer loyalty. We opened 155 net new stores in the quarter, bringing our total store base to 3,624 units, and added a new distribution center, expanding our logistics footprint to 21 regions. Our growth remains among the fastest in retail. Total revenue increased 38.7% year over year to Ps. 26,037 million, supported by strong SSS performance and the continued expansion of our store base."

BTG Pactual and Others Jointly Manage New Stock Offering
The deal priced below last closing price of $32.73. BTG Pactual, Grupo Santander and Scotiabank are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
BBB Foods Commences Underwritten Public Offering of 13,304,174 Class A Shares
BBB Foods announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 13,304,174 of its Class A common shares of which 700,000 Class A common shares are being offered by Tiendas 3B and 12,604,174 Class A common shares are being offered by certain selling shareholders. J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as global coordinators of the offering. BTG Pactual, Santander and Scotiabank are acting as joint bookrunners.
