Savers Value Village Proposes Secondary Offering of 15M Shares
Savers Value Village announced the commencement of a proposed secondary public offering of 15M shares of its common stock offered by certain Ares Private Equity and Opportunistic Credit funds and accounts. In addition, the company has authorized the concurrent purchase from the underwriters of $10M of the shares of common stock as part of the offering, at a price per share equal to the price per share to be paid by the underwriters to the selling stockholders. The company is not selling any shares of its common stock in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers and underwriters for the Offering.

Reports Q1 revenue $403.2M, consensus $394.38M. Ccomparable store sales increased 3.5%. Mark Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, stated, "I am pleased that we delivered year-over-year adjusted EBITDA growth for the second consecutive quarter, with segment profit growth in both the U.S. and Canada. U.S. comparable store sales growth of 6.4% reflects strong demand for our value proposition across the consumer spectrum.
