DISCO Launches Enhanced AI-Powered Auto Review Feature
DISCO announced the launch of a feature enhancement to its generative AI-powered Auto Review solution that makes prompt iteration faster and easier and helps teams refine their own AI review instructions without prompt-engineering expertise. For legal professionals, prompt iteration and understanding effectual oversight over AI tools is not typically a skill they have been trained on. Prompt engineering is often the most time-consuming element of an insourced review, and can take several days or even weeks of fine tuning to find the correct language to deliver optimal results. This significant enhancement to DISCO Auto Review removes the prompt-engineering hurdle. By simplifying the process, the solution empowers teams to confidently manage high-quality document reviews themselves, while reducing the reliance on outside legal services.

DISCO Launches Unified Litigation Solution Integrating Key Legal Information
DISCO announced a unified litigation solution that combines a deep contextual grasp of the facts of a matter and the relevant U.S. case law to give litigators instant access to their most critical information in a single, powerful AI-native application. The solution will initially bring together the facts of a matter with the controlling law alongside patent-pending litigation-specific workflows in a single pane of glass - something no other company offers. Ultimately, DISCO is building a full suite of deeply integrated litigation capabilities that span the life of a matter from filing to verdict - handling everything from legal facts to drafting to case strategy to trial preparation and case management. DISCO's unified litigation solution is currently in pilot with five leading law firms on live cases. The goal of the pilot program is to work closely with tech-forward litigation firms to further enhance the solution ahead of general availability early next year.
