Bristol Myers Squibb presented results from the EXPLORER-LTE cohort of the MAVA-LTE study in a late-breaker presentation at the European Society of Cardiology, ESC, Congress 2026 in Munich, Germany. These data add to the understanding that the effects of Camzyos are sustained for up to five years with continuous, consistent treatment. Additional presentations at ESC Congress from COLLIGO-HCM, a global retrospective real-world data study, add to the real-world evidence supporting Camzyos, helping inform treatment decisions for people living with the condition.

Bristol Myers' Zenbexus Approved by FDA for Multiple Myeloma
Bristol Myers announced that the FDA has approved Zenbexus - iberdomide - in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior line of therapy including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent. Full approval for this indication will be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in the confirmatory trials. Zenbexus is the first FDA-approved CELMoD. While Zenbexus is the first FDA approved CELMoD therapy, a New Drug Application for mezigdomide, an investigational CELMoD, in combination with carfilzomib and dexamethasone is also currently under review with the FDA with a Prescription Drug User Fee Act target date of May 13, 2027.
