Guardian Metal Files Prospectus for Resale of 72.11 Million Shares

Guardian Metal on May 6 filed a prospectus relating to the resale by selling shareholders, from time to time, of up to 72,111,177 ordinary shares, including in the form of American depositary shares. Each ADS represents five ordinary shares. Guardian Metal registered the resale shares on behalf of the selling shareholders, to be offered and sold from time to time.

The deal size was increased to $60M from $50M. BMO Capital is acting as lead book running manager for the offering.
