Fifth Third Bancorp Dual Lists on NYSE Texas
Fifth Third Bancorp announced the dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas in Dallas. Fifth Third will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade on NYSE Texas under the same "FITB" ticker symbol, effective August 27, 2026.
LCNB Appoints Susan Zaunbrecher to Board of Directors
LCNB (LCNB) announced the appointment of Susan Zaunbrecher to the Boards of Directors of both LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank, effective immediately. Zaunbrecher recently retired as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB).
