Elbit Systems Awarded $235M Contract for Rocket Systems
Elbit Systems announced that it was awarded a contract valued at approximately $235M to supply EXTRA-MR, or Medium Range, rockets and Precise & Universal Launching System, or PULS, rocket artillery systems to a European customer, under a government-to-government agreement between the Israel Ministry of Defense and the customer country's Ministry of Defense. The contract will be performed over a period of three years. Under the contract, Elbit Systems will supply the medium-range variant of the company's EXTRA supersonic rocket system. The contract also includes the delivery of PULS launchers, additional rocket-artillery-related platforms, and integrated logistics support.
Elbit Systems Files Shelf Prospectus
Elbit Systems announced that it has filed a shelf prospectus with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The Shelf Prospectus will be effective for a period of two years and will enable the company to raise funds from time to time through offerings and sales of various securities, including debt and equity, in Israel, at the company's discretion. Any offering will be made pursuant to a supplemental shelf offering report describing the terms of the securities and the specific details of the offering. The company has not made any decision regarding the scope, terms, or timing of any offering pursuant to the Shelf Prospectus, and there is no certainty that any offering will be made.
Elbit Systems Signs Contracts Worth Approximately $270M
Elbit Systems announced that it has signed contracts with an international customer, in an aggregate value of approximately $270M, in the field of advanced ISR & Targeting payloads, to be performed over a period of up to six years. Under the contracts, Elbit Systems will supply systems from its Spectro family of multi-spectral electro-optic Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance solutions. The Spectro systems integrate Mid-Wave Infrared, Visible and Short-Wave Infrared high-definition imaging channels, advanced laser designation capabilities and AI-based analytics technologies, enabling advanced target identification, tracking and long-range intelligence gathering capabilities for airborne, naval and ground applications, while maintaining a compact configuration operable day and night and in adverse weather conditions.
Elbit Systems Q2 Revenue of $2.29B Beats Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $2.29B, consensus $2.23B. Elbit Systems Secures $370M Contracts from U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Elbit Systems announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Elbit Systems of America, has received multiple awards from U.S. Customs and Border Protection totaling over $370M to enhance U.S. national security, with work to be performed through May 2029.
