Nasdaq Composite Rebounds, Micron Up 2.5%
Major indices rebounded from Monday's sell-off, led by tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite, as AI CapEx-themed trade showed some clear resurgence. Semiconductors, Computer Hardware, Communication Equipment, and Memory stocks traded notably firmer. Micronbounced 2.5%, Seagateand Western Digitalwere up over 3%, while Nvidia- heading into tomorrow's earnings - was up 2.2% on the day. Meanwhile, investors rotated out of Energy names - the worst performing sector in the S&P 500 today - as WTI Crude Oil pulled back by over $6 to $81 a barrel as the White House moves to exert greater economic pressure on Tehran to resolve the standoff over the Strait of Hormuz. In the opening hour of the evening session, index futures are flat heading into Wednesday's PCE inflation report as well as a tech earnings-rich afterhours session.In fixed income, although commentary regarding the efficacy of the "Bessent put" announced last Wednesday remains mixed, Treasuries are notably higher this week. On Tuesday, the yield on the 10-year note fell another 7 basis points to 4.64%. HEICO Reports Q3 Revenue of $1.41B
Reports Q3 revenue $1.41B, consensus $1.35B. Eric Mendelson and Victor Mendelson, Heico's co-chairmen and co-CEO, commented on the company's third quarter results stating, "HEICO continued its excellent growth, with record quarterly net income, operating income and net sales supported by 14% consolidated organic net sales growth and contributions from our profitable fiscal 2026 and 2025 acquisitions."
Heico Declares 13c Semiannual Dividend, 8% Increase
Heico announced that its Board of Directors declared a 13c per share semiannual cash dividend, an 8% increase from the prior semiannual cash dividend of 12c per share, payable on all shares of its Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.
HEICO Increases Credit Facility to $2.2 Billion
HEICO increased its existing credit facility to a $2.2B unsecured revolving credit facility, which is a $200M increase to the Facility's previous $2B limit. The Facility is with a banking syndicate led by Joint Lead Arrangers Truist Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC, TD Bank, and Credit Agricole. Other participating banks are Huntington, JPMorgan, RBC, and M&T Bank. Additionally, the Facility's maturity date has been extended to 2031. HEICO's record-size Facility includes an accordion feature allowing it to be increased to $3B under certain circumstances. Borrowings under the Facility bear interest at the Secured Overnight Financing Rate plus an applicable margin ranging from 75 to 125 basis points, which is indexed to HEICO's investment grade rating. Proceeds from the Facility will be used primarily to fund acquisitions, as well as for general business purposes.
HEICO Acquires Cook Defence Systems to Form HCD
HEICO Corporation announced that its Flight Support Group has acquired Cook Defence Systems and related entities to form HEICO-Cook Defence, HCD. HEICO owns 80% of HCD, with the selling entity, William Cook Holdings, retaining 20% ownership. Managing Director William Cook will continue to lead the Company's operations along with the existing management team. Transaction terms and financial details were not disclosed.
