Clearway Energy Announces New Senior Leadership Appointments
Clearway Energy announced a series of senior leadership appointments. Sarah Rubenstein, CFO of Clearway Energy will move into a new role at Clearway Group as the head of the transformation office focusing on digital and data transformation and integration activities, effective October 1. Steven Ryder, will succeed Rubenstein as Clearway Energy's CFO effective October 1 and will maintain his role as CFO of Clearway Group.

Clearway Energy Q2 Revenue $481M Beats Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $481M, consensus $474.47M. "Since last quarter, we have completed two additional accretive revenue contracts in our Texas operating fleet, received a dropdown offer for Honeycomb Phase II, and our sponsor has secured over 2 GW of new contracts recently signed for the 2027-2030 COD vintages, further crystallizing our long-term financial objectives. We remain in a very solid position to continue to strive for the top end or better of our CAFD per share target for 2030 of $2.90 to $3.10, we have line of sight now to the potential for 5-8%+ growth beyond 2030 from our 2030 target baseline, and continue to have the ability to generate further potential upside across all of our growth pathways, including through our co-located digital infrastructure business as it takes shape. T1 Energy Signs Contract for 641MW Solar Modules with Clearway
T1 Energy (TE) announced this morning a contract to supply independent power producer Clearway Energy Group (CWEN) 641MW of solar modules built with domestic solar cells from T1's G2_Austin solar cell fab. The deal marks a continuation of T1's commercial strategy to offer customers a traceable and reliable solar supply chain. Leveraging its 5GW solar module facility, G1_Dallas, T1 offers integrated solutions that help clients optimize project schedules, financing, and returns. T1 continues to increase the domestic content of its modules, as domestic modules with domestic cells are highly valued given rising uncertainty around trade and tariff policy. As part of this strategy, T1 began construction of its G2_Austin solar cell fab in December 2025 and expects the first 2.1GW phase to be producing cells in Q1 2027. T1 expects to offer modules with greater than 60% domestic content in 2027.
Clearway Energy Executive Malcarney Retires, Brown to Succeed
Clearway Energy announced that effective June 1, Kevin P. Malcarney will retire from his position as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.. Malcarney has served as General Counsel since May 2018, overseeing the Clearway Energy, legal and compliance teams and supporting governance and strategic initiatives. Clearway Energy, also announced effective June 1, that Michael A. Brown will succeed Malcarney as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Brown most recently has served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The New York Times Company since March 2023. Mr. Brown previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Clearway Energy, Inc. from 2018 to 2021 and in senior legal roles supporting NRG Yield from 2014 to 2018. Malcarney will remain employed as a non-executive employee following the effective date through June 26, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition.
