The company said, "The Company is narrowing its 2025 full year CAFD guidance to a range of $420 million to $440 million. The guidance range also factors in completing committed growth investments on currently forecasted schedules. The Company is establishing a 2026 full year CAFD guidance range of $470 million to $510 million. Clearway Energy Announces Q3 Earnings Per Share of $2.00 Compared to 36 Cents Last Year
Reports Q3 revenue $429M, consensus $419.72M. Net Income increased versus 2024 primarily due to lower tax expenses. Clearway Energy announces $100M ATM equity offering program
Clearway Energyannounced a $100,000,000 At-The-Market equity offering program and announced that it and Clearway Energy entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement with Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may offer and sell shares of the Company's Class C common stock, par value $0.01 per share, from time to time through the Agents, as the Company's sales agents for the offer and sale of the shares, up to an aggregate sales price of $100,000,000. Sales of the shares, if any, will principally be made by means of ordinary brokers' transactions on the New York Stock Exchange at market prices or as otherwise permitted by law. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the shares for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment or refinancing of indebtedness and the funding of working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and investments, and the Company may invest funds not required immediately for such purposes in marketable securities and short-term investments.

Clearway Energy's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on Class A and Class C common stock of 44.56 per share payable on September 16 to stockholders of record as of September 2.
