Aramark Secures Five New Partnerships with Colleges

Aramark was recently awarded five new partnerships with colleges and universities across the country: Bridgewater College, Dallas Baptist University, The University of Detroit Mercy, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology; and Randolph-Macon College. At Bridgewater College, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is launching BC Dining, a new dining program designed to elevate the campus food and hospitality experience. At Dallas Baptist University, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is delivering a hospitality-driven dining program rooted in fellowship, community, and the university's Christ-centered mission. At the University of Detroit Mercy, a current Aramark Facilities Management Services client, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is implementing a program called Titan Hospitality, a fully integrated hospitality model that brings together dining, wellness, and facilities into a unified ecosystem. In the Southwest at New Mexico Tech, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality will roll out NMT Hospitality, a program designed to reflect campus identity while advancing access and affordability. A major renovation of the Fidel Center on campus will see the installation of The Gathering Place, featuring chef-driven menus and regional specialties, including New Mexico favorites like Hatch chiles. Retail dining will be reimagined through The Drop, a multi-brand concept offering convenience and mobile ordering, alongside expanded catering, and sustainability initiatives. At Randolph-Macon College, Aramark is introducing RMC Dining featuring the signature Yellow Apron Program, which empowers team members to connect with students and gather real-time feedback.

Aramark Expands Partnership with Florida State University

Aramark has widened its collegiate footprint through new partnerships with Florida State University and Texas State University. Through an expanded partnership with Florida State University, a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference, Aramark will be the foodservice provider for Florida State Athletics. At Texas State University, which recently joined the Pac-12 Conference, Aramark is supporting enhancements designed to broaden both the Bobcat fan experience and student-athlete performance. Overall, Aramark serves approximately 300 colleges and universities nationwide, with partnerships across 47 NCAA athletic departments representing more than 20 conferences. "We're seeing strong momentum across our collegiate athletics business as universities look for partners who can deliver both exceptional game-day experiences and operational expertise to bring those experiences to life at scale," said Alison Birdwell, President and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment. "Our expanded partnership with Florida State University gives us an opportunity to build on our experience while creating programs that are tailored to the needs and traditions of the Seminole community."
