Black Diamond AI, a series of artificial intelligence-enabled enhancements for SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions. Black Diamond AI combines in-platform AI assistance, contextual insights, natural language data queries, and connected AI experiences to help advisors and operations teams reduce manual work, access relevant information, and act more efficiently. ConnectIQ, an AI-powered advisor engagement platform for the Retirement market. The platform consolidates investor and participant data from multiple sources and leverages predictive analytics to deliver actionable insights and identify opportunities for personalized outreach. ConnectIQ enables retirement advisors to engage at scale, track interactions and provide more relevant guidance through a single, integrated experience to help improve client retention and outcomes. SS&C Insight AI, a series of AI-enabled enhancements for the SS&C GlobeOp alternative fund administration suite. The capabilities enable a more robust NAV and allocation review processes with AI-assisted data review. Sales Prep, an AI-powered prospecting and customer relationship management tool for asset management distribution teams. The AI-powered portfolio management assistant embedded in Genesis enables investment teams to identify opportunities, access portfolio insights, and initiate workflows using natural language. With these enhancements, Genesis moves AI into advanced actionable outcomes to save time and reduce errors for investment teams.

SS&C Partners with DPL to Expand Insurance Solutions

SS&C Technologies Holdings, in partnership with DPL Financial Partners, expanded insurance solutions within SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions' Annuities & Insurance Marketplace. New features provide fiduciary advisors access to term life quoting and insurance policy reviews. Additionally, Jackson National Life Insurance Company and Protective Life Insurance Company have joined AIM, increasing the platform's integrated carrier roster to seven. Jackson offers annuities designed for the RIA channel, helping financial professionals integrate tax-deferred growth, protected income, and retirement planning strategies into client portfolios. Protective provides annuity and life insurance solutions for both accumulation and protection needs.

SS&C Partners with Principal Financial for Retirement Income Solutions

SS&C Technologies Holdings (SSNC) announced that Principal Financial Group (PFG) has selected SS&C Retirement Solutions to support connectivity and administration for its growing retirement income suite. SS&C Technologies Reports 0.83% Hedge Fund Performance for August

SS&C Technologies Holdings announced the gross return of the SS&C GlobeOp Hedge Fund Performance Index for August 2026 measured 0.83%. Hedge fund flows as measured by the SS&C GlobeOp Capital Movement Index advanced 0.65% in September. "SS&C GlobeOp's Capital Movement Index for September 2026 was 0.65%, consistent with longer-term trends of positive flows for the period," said Bill Stone, CEO. "This result marks eight straight months of positive inflows, indicating investors continue to value the diversification benefits, attractive risk-adjusted returns, and downside protection of hedge funds."
