Arvest Bank Upgrades to FICO Auto Score 10
FICO announced that Arvest Bank has upgraded to FICO Auto Score 10, giving the regional lender a more precise view of borrower risk and strengthening its auto lending underwriting capabilities. The strategic move reflects Arvest Bank's proactive approach to modernizing credit risk decisioning across its auto lending business. Early portfolio analysis shows use of FICO Auto Score 10 results in sharper risk segmentation across Arvest's customer base, including greater differentiation among thin-file borrowers.
Stock Futures Rise as Investors Focus on Big Tech Earnings
Stock futures are higher as investors prepare for an important week of Big Tech earnings, the Federal Reserve's interest-rate decision and fresh inflation data. Markets are attempting to stabilize after the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite posted a second consecutive weekly decline, with investors weighing whether heavy artificial intelligence spending will translate into stronger earnings and cash flow. Oil prices are retreating from recent six-month highs, offering some relief, although geopolitical tensions in the Middle East remain a risk. The Federal Reserve is in focus this week, with its two-day policy meeting beginning Tuesday and an interest-rate decision due Wednesday. Markets widely expect rates to remain unchanged, but investors will scrutinize Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's comments for clues about the outlook for December, particularly following hotter September inflation readings.Earnings are another major catalyst, with roughly one-third of S&P 500 companies scheduled to report this week. Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon will draw particular attention as investors look for evidence that massive AI infrastructure investments are generating sustainable returns. In pre-market trading, S&P 500 futures rose 0.28%, Nasdaq futures rose 0.58% and Dow futures rose 0.28%.Check out this morning's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER -Surgery Partnersup 23% after Financial TimesBon Secours Mercy Health is in late-stage discussions to purchase a majority stake in the company, which would value the group at $20 a shareRange Resourcesup 11% after entering into a definitive merger agreement, under which EQT will acquire the company in an all-stock transactionAmgenup 1% after reporting results showing that Imdelltra in combination with AstraZeneca's Imfinzi reduced the risk of death by 58% as a first-line maintenance treatment for extensive stage small cell lung cancer at a median follow-up of approximately 16 monthsUP AFTER EARNINGS -Alliance Resource Partnersup 3%Acumenup 2%Bank of Hawaiiup 1%UP AFTER EARNINGS -Verizondown 1%LOWER -FICOdown 9% after announcing that it will hold its wholesale mortgage price for the FICO Score through its tri-merge resellers at $10 for lenders and brokers enrolled in its Preferred ProgramEQT Corporationdown 6% after announcing the company will acquire Range in an all-stock transactionOvintivdown 1% after the company and Logan Energy announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Ovintiv will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Logan in an all-cash transaction that values Logan at approximately $890MMeta Platformsdown 1% after $35B stock offering

Nasdaq and S&P 500 Hit Record Highs
Retreat in Oil prices and Treasury yields helped support investor sentiment, sending Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 to record highs. Utilities was the best performing sector in the index, with traders piling into the beaten down but high-yielding space, betting that the bid in the Treasury market could be sustainable. Consumer Cyclicals - still the worst S&P sector this year - also performed well, with outsized gains of about 3% among discount chains Dollar Treeand Dollar General. Tech was mixed, with losses in semiconductor equipment offset by gains in communication equipment stocks. In software, cybersecurity names were especially impressive as Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, and Fortinetall notched all-time highs. In the opening hour of the evening session, S&P e-minis and Nasdaq 100 contracts are up a decimal. In commodities, WTI Crude Oil had fallen to a one-month low around $87 per barrel on easing supply concerns, though November contract is back around $90 on Tuesday evening.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Neogenup 10.0%Penguin Solutionsup 5.4%ALSO HIGHER -Pluriup 6.1% after equity offeringZIM Integrated Shipping Servicesup 4.3% after positive FY26 pre-announcementDOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Constellation Brandsdown 4.6%Worthington Steeldown 3.7%ALSO LOWER -Caribou Biosciencesdown 35.3% after announcing it would discontinue development activities, explore alternativesFair Isaacdown 0.8% after announcing staff cutsSpaceXdown 1.0% after FT report that the company seeks to raise $40B to purchase Nvidia, up 0.5%) chips
