enCore Energy Updates Permitting for South Texas Production Areas
enCore Energy provided an update on permitting for the three new production areas that underpin its South Texas extraction outlook. The Production Area Authorization for the first production area at the 100%-owned Upper Spring Creek In-Situ Recovery Uranium Project has completed the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's technical review and public notice process, with final authorization expected on or before November 13, 2026. At the Alta Mesa ISR Uranium Project, the TCEQ is working to complete its technical review of both the PAA-8 application and the PAA-3 Extension amendment. Both remain on schedule and are expected before the end of the year. Richard Little, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Permitting has been the last step between the infrastructure we have built in South Texas and new production. We are prepared to initiate injection and recovery operations at Upper Spring Creek as soon as the final permit is received. At Upper Spring Creek, the initial designed capacity of the plant and first wellfield are constructed with a large majority of these expenses now behind us. All that is remaining now is a final review process of the permit along with the approval of our disposal well completion report. PAA-8 and the PAA-3 Extension at Alta Mesa are following the same path. These are the wellfields that support our improved extraction outlook for 2027, and we look forward to bringing them online."
enCore Energy Receives 20-Year License for Dewey Burdock Uranium Project
enCore Energy announced that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or NRC, has issued a 20-year renewal of the Source Materials License for the Dewey Burdock In-Situ Recovery Uranium Project in South Dakota. With the issuance of the NRC Source Material License, the Dewey Burdock Project has received all necessary federal permits. The company also received the Bureau of Land Management decision that the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project is authorized to commence construction of infrastructure on portions of the project's BLM-managed public lands within the larger Dewey Burdock Project. With all federal permits received, the Dewey Burdock Project remains subject to additional permitting by the State of South Dakota and the company has commenced permitting efforts before the Dewey Burdock Project can proceed to full operational status. enCore, through its subsidiary Powertech USA plans to recover uranium from the ore body and produce yellowcake using the ISR process. Yellowcake, the uranium oxide product of the ISR process, is used to produce fuel for commercially operated nuclear power reactors.

enCore Energy Approved to Begin Infrastructure for Dewey Burdock Uranium Project
enCore Energy announced that the Bureau of Land Management, or BLM, has issued a final decision and approved the Dewey Burdock Uranium Project, authorizing the company to commence infrastructure construction for the Dewey Burdock Uranium In-Situ Recovery - ISR - Project in Southwest South Dakota. With the execution of the final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact, the BLM authorizes enCore's wholly owned subsidiary Powertech to construct initial ancillary infrastructure on approximately 240 acres of BLM-managed public land within the larger 10,580-acre Dewey Burdock Project. The authorized work under the BLM EA includes construction of portions of the primary and secondary access roads, light-use roads, four groundwater monitoring wells, and overhead power lines. The Dewey Burdock Project, wholly owned by enCore, is an advanced-stage uranium project located in Custer and Fall River counties in South Dakota. The Project will recover uranium from subsurface sandstone ore bodies through ISR technology.
