Reports Q2 revenue $49.94M, consensus $51.02M. Martin Resch, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, noted, "Our record quarterly earnings reflect continued successful execution against our financial objectives." Company Reports Q1 Revenue Flat at $26.16M
Reports Q1 revenue $26.16M vs. $26.16M last year. Martin Resch, the company's president and CEO, noted, "The management team is proud of how we have started the year. We continue to drive revenue growth while keeping core expenses relatively flat compared to prior periods." Resch added, "Going forward in 2026, we see opportunities to grow net interest income driven by rising funding balances and the deployment of those funds into loans and investment securities, as well as increasing financial fees from higher demand for advances through Amplify and other quick pay solutions. The ability to combine revenue growth with expense control, primarily due to automation and the ongoing consolidation within our Facilities division, offers very compelling earnings momentum for us in coming periods."

Cass Reports Q4 Revenue of $49.89M
Reports Q4 revenue $49.89M vs. $45.58M last year. Reports Q4 CET1 capital ratio 15.1%. In announcing these results, Martin Resch, the company's president and CEO, noted, "Our record annual earnings are a testament to the ability of the entire Cass team to execute on our strategy." Resch added, "While I am extremely proud of our performance in 2025, I am even more excited about our prospects for 2026 with revenue tailwinds from onboarding new clients as well as the prospect of interest-earning asset growth and net interest margin expansion. Operationally, the consolidation of our non-transportation invoice and payment processing activities into a single Facilities division, combined with the expanded utilization of AI-enabled systems, should result in increased efficiency and enhanced levels of client satisfaction."
