DXP Reports Q2 Revenue of $576.5 Million
Reports Q2 revenue $576.5M, two estimates $543M. David R. Little, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented, "DXP delivered a strong second quarter and first half of 2026, with sales of $576.5 million, diluted earnings per share of $1.76, Adjusted EBITDA of $70.4 million, growing 22.8 percent, and free cash flow of $29.8 million. Our results reflect continued execution of our growth strategy, solid organic performance, contribution from recent acquisitions, and sustained strength in EBITDA margins. During the quarter, organic sales were $526.6 million, while acquisitions contributed $49.8 million in sales. We also saw continued strength across our business segments, with Service Centers generating $367.9 million in sales, Innovative Pumping Solutions generating $142.7 million, and Supply Chain Services generating $65.8 million. While the macro environment remains uncertain, including fiscal uncertainty, cautious central bank policies, market volatility, and geopolitical concerns, we believe DXP is well positioned to finish the second half of 2026 with momentum. We remain focused on executing our strategic initiatives, integrating and pursuing acquisitions, generating strong cash flow, and positioning the Company for continued growth in 2027. DXP Enterprises Completes Acquisition of Mequipco
DXP Enterprises announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mequipco. Founded in 1974, Mequipco is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta Canada and operates out of three locations servicing Western Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Mequipco is a leading Canadian manufacturer representative for mechanical equipment used in water and wastewater systems for municipal and industrial applications across Western Canada. DXP funded the acquisition with cash from the balance sheet, and shares of DXP common stock. Signing of the definitive agreement occurred on August 1, 2026. Sales and pro-forma adjusted EBITDA of Mequipco for the last twelve months ending June 30, were approximately C$9.9M and $2.4M, respectively.
DXP Enterprises Completes Acquisition of General Repair Service
DXP Enterprises "announced that it has completed the acquisition of General Repair Service. Founded in 1955, General Repair is headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota and operates out of a single location servicing the greater Minnesota market, and surrounding geography. General Repair is a leading provider of products and services including pumps, blowers, and related process equipment focused on serving customers in the water and wastewater, and industrial markets. DXP funded the acquisition with cash from the balance sheet. Sales and adjusted EBITDA for the last twelve months ending March 31, 2026, were approximately $12.2 million and $1.6 million, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA was calculated as income before tax, plus interest, plus depreciation and amortization, plus non-recurring items."

Little, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented, "The Company posted first quarter financial results, delivering solid sales, adjusted EBITDA, earnings per share and free cash flow. First quarter results reflect the continued execution of our growth strategy. This resulted in operating leverage that produced diluted earnings per share of $1.22. DXP's fiscal year 2026 first quarter sales were $521.7 million, or a 9.5 percent growth over the same period in 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was $57.8 million in the quarter. During the first quarter of 2026, sales were $338.0 million for Service Centers, $118.7 million for Innovative Pumping Solutions, and $65.0 million for Supply Chain Services. Overall, we are pleased with our performance and the progress DXP continues to make as a growth company."
DXP Reports Q4 Revenue Growth to $527.4M
Reports Q4 revenue $527.4M vs. $470.9M last year. CEO David Little remarked, "DXPeople drove Q4 results well above expectations, with strong performance across DXP. Broad based business strength across the business helped us deliver 11.9% revenue growth on a year-over-year basis. This growth has fueled a healthy momentum coming into 2026...The sales momentum from Q4 has positioned us for further success as we move into 2026. Additionally, we strengthened our balance sheet in Q4, raising an incremental $205M under our Term Loan B. The strength of the balance sheet, the balanced end markets that we have delivered upon, and our ability to continue to execute on acquisitions have set the stage for 2026. We have a positive outlook for end markets like water & wastewater and see positive dynamics developing in the 2nd half of 2026 for our traditional end markets like energy. We are confident our growth strategy, coupled with a continued focus on improving margins and maintaining operational discipline will drive shareholder value."
