Alta Q2 Revenue at $475.5M, Below Consensus
Reports Q2 revenue $475.5M, consensus $488.7M. Ryan Greenawalt, Chief Executive Officer of Alta, said, "Our second quarter performance reflected the long-term value of Alta's equipment dealership model. Following an extended period of challenging markets across the construction and material handling industries, we see signs of market recovery emerging as bookings, equipment volumes, pricing and margin trends continue to improve. Combined with our operational initiatives, these trends helped us deliver similar Adjusted EBITDA compared to the prior year despite lower revenues and a smaller rental fleet. For the quarter, we delivered Adjusted EBITDA of $48.6 million, which reflects a significant improvement from the seasonally-impacted first quarter."

Alta Reports Q1 Revenue of $410.5M, Below Consensus
Reports Q1 revenue $410.5M, consensus $424.18M. Ryan Greenawalt, Chief Executive Officer of Alta, said "While our first quarter financial performance and the harsh winter weather conditions served as a reminder of the seasonality of our business, we observed increased momentum within the quarter. We are proud of the steps taken to continue to optimize our rental fleet and are encouraged by the current trends emerging across our major segments, particularly within our Material Handing business. To that end, first quarter bookings of lift trucks in our Material Handling segment were 12.7% above the first quarter of last year, with March 2026 representing the highest monthly booking level for Alta since June of 2023. This more normalized and increased level of bookings continued through April, and we are bullish that our Material Handling segment's equipment sales in 2026 will outperform 2025, as the segment's equipment sales continued to increase versus year end. The increase in bookings was broad based and evident across our diverse end markets and geographies."
Company Updates 2026 Fiscal Year EBITDA Guidance to $167.5M - $182.5M
The company said, "The Company updates our guidance range and now expects to report Adjusted EBITDA between $167.5 million and $182.5 million for the 2026 fiscal year, primarily attributable to first quarter performance."
Alta Looks Forward to Growth Mode in 2026
In conclusion, Greenawalt said, "In closing, the last two years have presented significant, ever-changing challenges for our business, our partners, and our customers. I am extremely proud of the ongoing determination and dedication of our employees showed throughout 2025 as they are the foundational bedrock of our business. Additionally, I would like to thank our OEM partners as their support was pivotal in remaining competitive during rapidly fluctuating market conditions. I am hopeful that the challenges of the last two years give way to more stable operating conditions in 2026, where Alta will shift back into "growth mode" and realize the rewards of the hard work done by our team in the past two years, whereby the rewards come in the form of an amplified benefit from revenues growth on a lower fixed cost base and a smaller balance sheet. We are laser focused on delivering improved performance this year which we believe is achievable given industry forecasts, customer feedback, and dedication to our vision and to one another."
