V2X Reports Q3 Revenue of $1.27B
Reports Q3 revenue $1.27B, consensus $1.22B. "We delivered another strong quarter, with revenue growth and double-digit increases in net income and diluted EPS. Raises FY26 revenue view to $4.950B-$5.100B from $4.875B-$5.025B. Consensus is for FY26 EPS $6.23 and for revenue $4.98B. Raises FY26 adjusted EBITDA view to $352.5B-$367.5B from $347.5M-$362.5M.
V2X Awarded $104.64M Contract Modification
V2X was awarded a $104.64M modification to a contract for operation, maintenance and defense of Army communications supporting Army operational base communications information systems and infrastructure. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $813.13M. Work has an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2028. FY27 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $16.16M were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.
V2X Systems Awarded $231.76 Million Contract
V2X Systems has been awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed ceiling price of $231,757,508 modification to previously awarded for base support services in support of the Iraq F-16 program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $594,189,544 from $362,432,036. Work will be performed at Martyr BG Ali Flaih Air Base, Iraq, and is expected to be completed by July 17, 2027.
