VSE Corporation Acquires Atech Turbine Components, Inc.
VSE Corporation "announced it has acquired Atech Turbine Components, Inc., a specialized Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul provider focused on complex hot-section components for aircraft turbine engines. Atech is a leading provider of specialized and proprietary engine component repairs, primarily supporting Pratt & Whitney Canada engine platforms. Atech's proprietary repair approvals cover more than 300 part numbers and Atech serves as the sole-source provider for many flight-critical repairs across the PT6, JT15D, PW100, PW150, PW200, PW300 and PW500 engine families, as well as the PW901 auxiliary power unit."

VSE Raises FY26 Revenue Guidance to 57%-61%
VSE updated its FY26 revenue guidance to reflect the inclusion of PAG, which closed on May 5. The company now expects full year revenue growth in the range of 57%-61%, compared to its prior outlook of 19%-23%. This increase is driven by the addition of PAG and reflects no change in expectations for VSE's underlying business. The updated revenue guidance is presented net of intercompany eliminations.

"VSE is off to a record start to 2026, with organic revenue growth of 15% in the quarter, led by strong performance in our distribution business and supported by continued growth in MRO. This growth was driven by robust commercial engine aftermarket activity, strong execution on new programs, and continued market share gains," said John Cuomo, CEO of VSE Corporation. "In the first quarter, we also advanced key OEM distribution programs, began implementing new business awards, expanded MRO capacity, invested in new growth opportunities, and made meaningful progress on our acquisition integrations."
