Veeco's LUMINA+ System Achieves Commercial Acceptance by Ennostar
Veeco announced the first commercial acceptance and qualification of its LUMINA+ chemical vapor deposition system by Ennostar Corporation. Ennostar will deploy the system in Taiwan for high-volume arsenide and phosphide production of optoelectronic devices. The qualification process follows an evaluation that began in late 2025. Veeco stated the high-throughput system is designed to meet performance requirements with improved process efficiency for advanced display technologies, including microLEDs.
