ACM Reports Q2 Revenue of $292.92M, Beating Expectations
Reports Q2 revenue $292.92M, consensus $269.24M. "We delivered a strong second quarter, with revenue and shipments both increasing 36% year over year," said David Wang, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACM. "Revenue growth was led by the ECP and advanced packaging categories, which grew 168% and 153%, respectively, reflecting the growing contribution of our broader product portfolio. During the quarter, we shipped our 2,000th ECP chamber, an important milestone that demonstrates the increasing adoption of our ECP technology in high-volume manufacturing of logic, memory and 3D packaging. We also delivered good profitability, and ended the quarter with $1.0 billion in net cash, providing significant financial strength to support our long-term growth strategy."
ACM Raises FY2026 Revenue Guidance to $1.125B-$1.175B
Consensus $1.16B. The company said, "ACM has raised its revenue guidance range to $1.125 billion to $1.175 billion for fiscal year 2026, from the prior range of $1.08 billion to $1.175 billion. This expectation is based on ACM management's current assessment of the continuing impact from international trade policy, together with various expected spending scenarios of key customers, supply chain constraints, and the timing of acceptances for first tools under evaluation in the field, among other factors."
ACM Research Enters Securities Purchase Agreement, Issues 2.88M Shares
In a regulatory filing, ACM Research disclosed that it entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain U.S. institutional investors managed by Tekne Capital Management. The company agreed to issue and sell to the investors in a registered direct offering an aggregate of 2.88M shares of Class A common stock at an offering price of $52.00 per share. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 15, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The company expects to receive net proceeds from the offering of approximately $149.85M, after deducting estimated offering expenses payable by the company. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with its existing cash and cash equivalents, for U.S. and global expansion, as well as general corporate purposes.
