Rocket Companies, Inc. operates a fintech platform including mortgage, real estate and personal finance businesses: Rocket Mortgage, Redfin, Rocket Close, Rocket Money and Rocket Loans. Its suite of products empowers its clients across home search, mortgage finance and servicing, title and closing, financial wellness and personal loans. In the Direct to Consumer segment, clients have the ability to interact with Rocket Mortgage digitally and/or with the Company's mortgage bankers. It markets to potential clients in this segment through various brand campaigns and performance marketing channels. It provides client service and leverages its brand to strengthen its wholesale relationships, through Rocket Pro, as well as enterprise partnerships, both driving growth in its Partner Network segment. Its enterprise partnerships include financial institutions and consumer-focused companies that value its client experience.

The forward P/E ratio is 15.5763, suggesting it may be undervalued relative to future earnings. $LEN The second largest home builder in the U.S., Lennar, is in a 2-year downtrend. It has been forced to cut prices or offer incentives to home buyers just to sell homes so it can build new ones. The problem is that new builds are still sitting vacant. Keep an eye on Lennar stock to get a pulse check on the residential real estate market. $DHI $RKT

$RKT Earlier this year I said not to buy Rocket because it was going to go lower. I sold my shares. It hit a 52-week low today. Volumes are going to dry up over the next several months. And today, on CNBC, they had a big headline asking housing experts about 9% mortgages. Gulp. It's too early to think of buying Rocket. Be patient. (no position)

$RKT $Z $UWMC I sold my property 2 years ago after a strong bull run. Locked in some really nice gains that were then redeployed into equities. Nature is now healing in the residential housing market. Homeowners are finally coming to their senses that home prices don’t just go up in a straight line forever. Reality is settling in that the prices they think their homes are worth are unrealistic.
