Robin Energy Acquires AI Okto LPG Carrier for $18M
Robin Energy announced that it has entered into an agreement, through a wholly owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2015-built 5,000 cbm LPG Carrier vessel from AI Okto, a Nasdaq-listed entity controlled by our chairman and CEO, for a purchase price of $18M. The terms of the transaction were approved by the boards of Robin Energy and AI Okto, following the negotiation and recommendation by special committees of the independent and disinterested directors of the boards of Robin Energy and AI Okto. The acquisition is expected to be concluded by taking delivery of the vessel during the fourth quarter of 2026 and is subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions. The company expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand.

Robin Energy Participates in Volare Shipping Private Placement, Acquires 90,000 Shares
Robin Energy announced that it participated in the private placement of Volare Shipping, a newly established shipping company listed on Euronext Growth Oslo Bors. The company purchased 90,000 shares at the offering price of NOK 154. The investment underpins the current strong market fundamentals for the crude tanker sector reflected in record VLCC earnings, while time charter rates confirm the structural tightening on the back of ongoing geopolitical disruption and longer travel distances for the crude tanker fleet.

Reports Q2 vessel revenue $2.6M vs $2M last year. Petros Panagiotidis, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented: "During the second quarter of 2026 we completed the sale of the M/T Wonder Mimosa, our Handysize tanker, realizing a gain on sale of $6.2 million. We enter the second half of the year at a robust financial position consisting of strengthened cash reserves and zero debt. Our fleet of two modern LPG carriers is fully employed on period charters into late 2026 and 2027, and we would continue to evaluate attractive opportunities to expand our fleet and strengthen our position in the market."
Robin Energy Prices Public Offering of 750,000 Shares at $4.00 Each
Robin Energy announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 750,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the Offering to Robin Energy are expected to be approximately $3M, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about July 27, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Maxim Group is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
