Reports Q2 revenue $7.4B, consensus $7.26B. John Doyle, President and CEO, said: "I am pleased with our solid results in the quarter and our execution in a dynamic environment. Our performance in the first half underscores strong demand for Marsh's expertise and capabilities across risk, people, strategy, and investments. For the quarter, we generated 6% overall revenue growth, 5% underlying revenue growth, and 9% growth in adjusted EPS."
American Beacon Advisors Launches Mercer Collaboration Investment Portfolios
American Beacon Advisors announced the launch of the Mercer & American Beacon Model Portfolios, a suite of professionally managed investment solutions developed in collaboration with Mercer Investments. The Mercer & American Beacon Model Portfolios combine thematic investing strategies, dynamic asset allocation, and income-focused solutions within a professionally managed framework intended to help advisors navigate evolving market conditions while delivering targeted client outcomes. The five risk-based model portfolios offer two distinct differentiators: a thematic equity sleeve that provides targeted exposure to high-conviction themes such as artificial intelligence, energy transition, and demographic shifts, and Mercer's dynamic asset allocation framework, which combines top-down economic views with bottom-up drivers of asset class returns to seek to deliver incremental value through active management.
Marsh McLennan to Acquire TriBridge Partners
Marsh McLennan Agency announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire TriBridge Partners, a leading independent benefits broker and retirement and wealth advisor headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. TriBridge Partners was founded in 2013 upon the strategic merger between three well-established regional brokerage and advisory firms, offering health and employee benefits, retirement plan advisory, wealth management, and individual insurance services to clients across the Mid-Atlantic. All employees, including co-founders and co-owners Heath Hykes, CEO; Dane Rianhard, Founding Principal; John Morris, Principal; and Paul Younkins, Chief Growth Officer, will join MMA and continue to operate out of their existing Columbia office location. The deal is anticipated to close within the second quarter of 2026.
Marsh McLennan Acquires Seitz Insurance Agency
Marsh McLennan Agency announced the acquisition of Seitz Insurance Agency, a Sidney, Montana-based independent agency. Terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1961, Seitz Insurance primarily provides commercial and personal line insurance solutions to businesses and families in the region, with a specialization in the agriculture, crop and energy industries. It acquired Polson, Montana-based Bishop Insurance Services in 2023, deepening its personal and business insurance solution offerings in the Flathead and Mission Valley area. All employees, including agency principals and co-owners David Seitz and Camila Skinner, will join MMA and continue to operate out of their existing office locations.

Marsh McLennan announced the appointment of Mike Mathews as Global Digital Infrastructure Leader. In this newly created position, Mr. Mathews will harness Marsh McLennan's collective expertise in risk, capital, and advisory solutions for clients in this rapidly expanding sector. Based in Boston, Mr. Mathews brings over 25 years of specialized industry experience to the role having worked with companies and investors across key sectors, including data centers, advanced computing, digital mining, renewable energy, wireless networks, and communication infrastructure. Mr. Mathews joined Marsh McLennan's global insurance brokerage and risk advisory business, Marsh, in 2020, as a Managing Director focusing exclusively on serving digital infrastructure clients.
