Net interest margin expansion of 10 basis points, in conjunction with solid credit quality and well-controlled expenses, led to a 36% quarter-over-quarter increase in earnings per share. Our proactive balance sheet management, combined with the expected tailwinds from anticipated reductions in the federal funds rate, positions us well for sustained performance in the quarters ahead."

For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, book value per share and tangible book value per share decreased $0.03, or 0.3%, to $11.55 and $9.77, respectively, compared to the prior period. Craig Montanaro, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are pleased to report 23% growth in pre-tax, pre-provision earnings per share this quarter, driven by ten basis points of net interest margin expansion. In addition, credit quality remains exceptional, with negligible net charge-offs for both the quarter and the fiscal year."

For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, book value per share increased $0.05, or 0.4%, to $11.58 while tangible book value per share increased $0.05, or 0.5%, to $9.80. Craig Montanaro, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Quarter over quarter net interest income grew by $1.4 million, resulting in eight basis points of net interest margin expansion. Contributing to this expansion was growth in net loans and deposits, coupled with a 24 basis point decrease in our cost of funds. We anticipate continued strong margin expansion into the June quarter, the final of our 2025 fiscal year."
