Kennametal Appoints Joseph Alvarado as New Chairman of the Board
Kennametal announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Joseph Alvarado as incoming Chairman of the Board, effective October 28. Alvarado will succeed William Lambert, current Chairman of the Board, who will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the company's Annual Meeting of Shareowners on October 27.
Kennametal Appoints Amanda Cole as VP and CHRO
Kennametal (KMT) announced the appointment of Amanda Cole as VP and chief human resources officer, or CHRO, effective July 21. Cole most recently served as VP of human resources, electrical and electronic solutions business and IT and digital functions at Wesco (WCC). She will succeed Judith Bacchus, who will retire on or about October 1 after more than 20 years at the company.
