Applied Reports Q4 Revenue of $1.4B, Exceeding Expectations
Reports Q4 revenue $1.4B, consensus $1.29B. Neil Schrimsher, Applied's President & Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We had a strong finish to fiscal 2026 with fourth quarter sales, EBITDA, and EPS achieving record quarterly levels and exceeding our expectations. Organic sales growth of 10% was the strongest in more than three years with trends strengthening across both segments. The growth momentum building across the business reflects our differentiated technical position and ongoing sales initiatives, which are intensifying within an increasingly favorable end-market backdrop. Combined with steady gross margin performance and solid operating leverage, we expanded EBITDA margins by more than 60 basis points, and achieved mid-teens EBITDA, EPS, and free cash growth compared to the prior-year fourth quarter. Overall, fiscal 2026 was a pivotal year showcasing the ongoing positive transformation at Applied including early signs of the growth potential taking shape across our business. The foundation of this progress is rooted in the power of the Applied team, and their commitment to our strategy and long-term vision of the Company."

Company Reports Q3 Revenue of $1.3B, Beating Expectations
Reports Q3 revenue $1.3B, consensus $1.23B. CEO Neil Schrimsher commented, "We delivered a solid Q3 underscored by strengthening organic sales growth across both segments...Combined with steady underlying gross margin performance, we reported record quarterly EBITDA at the high end of our expectations...I am encouraged by our performance year to date and the company-specific opportunities that continue to develop. Organic sales month to date in April are trending up by a high single-digit percent year over year, while orders and business funnel activity remain favorable. We are mindful of recent geopolitical developments and ongoing trade policy uncertainty, which we have incorporated into our fourth quarter outlook. That said, the demand backdrop across our North American centric operations is showing favorable signs with U.S. industrial macro indicators now in more positive territory, break-fix activity firming, and customers' capital spending gradually improving. Combined with our balance sheet capacity, we are in a solid position moving forward."
