Reports Q3 revenue $338.36M, consensus $341.65M. "Third quarter results reflect improving execution and financial discipline as we continued to strengthen our foundation and advance our turnaround strategy. Hain Celestial Group announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its North American Snacks business, including Garden Veggie Snacks, Terra chips and Garden of Eatin' snacks, to Snackruptors, a Canadian, family-owned snacks manufacturer.
