Freshpet has announced the promotion of Thembi Machaba, current chief human resources officer, to take on the additional role of chief administrative officer, effective immediately. In her expanded role, Machaba will assume added responsibility for the company's sustainability initiatives, community relations, property management, corporate security, and key management processes.
