Elong Power Prices Registered Offering of 11,466,666 Units at $0.12 Each
Elong Power announced the pricing of its registered offering of 11,466,666 units, on a best efforts basis, at an offering price of 12c per unit. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the company with a par value of $0.0128 per share, and one common warrant to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the company. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $1.38M, prior to deducting placement agent fees, legal fees, administrative and other offering-related expenses. The closing of the offering is currently expected to take place on August 4. Maxim Group is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
Elong Power Issues Units at $25 Each with Warrants
The units each consist of one Class A ordinary share of Elong Power Holding Limited, together with one warrant, each to purchase up to one Class A ordinary share, at an assumed offering price of 25c per unit, which is the last reported sale price of the company's Class A ordinary share as reported on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 20.
