DatChat announces rebranding to Myseum
DatChat announced a rebranding to the new company name "Myseum, Inc." The Company's common stock and Series A warrants, currently listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, will begin trading under the new stock symbols "MYSE" and "MYSEW", respectively, effective before the stock market open on Monday, August 11. The new corporate identity aligns with the Company's primary strategic focus on its Myseum social media platform, a private and secure digital content management and storage solution for families, groups and individuals. The DatChat messaging platform will continue to operate as a privacy-first messaging platform featuring encryption, screenshot prevention and message control after sending. Its unique privacy technology is integrated into the Myseum platform. Launched by DatChat in March, Myseum is a multi-tiered social media platform designed for secure and private digital content sharing and storage. It empowers users to build and share their digital legacy-both now and for future generations-through a secure, private ecosystem. Powered by proprietary electronic content management and sharing technology, Myseum offers individuals, families and groups a multi-layered platform to store and share messages, photos, videos, and documents within a protected digital family library. Following the corporate rebranding, an upcoming Myseum platform upgrade will deliver advanced features that will make it easier and more fun to share photos and videos.
DatChat selects Offer PR as its public relations agency
DatChat has officially selected Otter PR as its public relations agency. DatChat Inc. CEO, Darin Myman stated, "Otter PR's successful track record of promoting innovative brands matches our goal to transform social networking privacy standards. DatChat granted Canadian patent for advanced digital privacy technology
DatChat announced that the Canadian Patent Office has granted Canadian Patent No. 3,149,004, titled "Systems And Methods Of Transforming Electronic Content." "We are continuing to build our global intellectual property portfolio covering our advanced digital privacy and other technologies. These patents are extremely important as we prepare for the worldwide release this fall of the Myseum platform, which will include new advanced features that will make it easier and more fun to share photos and videos both now and forever. Additionally, the platform will have a new look and feel that will enhance the user experience," said Darin Myman, Chief Executive Officer of DatChat.
DatChat former subsidiary files registration statement for proposed offering
DatChat announced that its former subsidiary RPM Interactive, an AI-generated publishing and software company, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. RPM Interactive has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "RPMI." DatChat currently owns 12.5 million shares or approximately 34% of RPM Interactive.
DatChat receives notice of allowance for European patent application
DatChat announced that the European Patent Office issued a Notice of Allowance for patent application 19 819 920.0 - 1001 titled "Systems and Methods of Transforming Electronic Content." Following receipt of the Notice of Allowance, DatChat will file the final issue paperwork, pay the issue fees, and expects formal issuance of the patent in the next 90 days.
