CenterPoint Energy Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.24 per Share
CenterPoint Energy's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 24c per share on the issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock payable on September 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20. This represents a 1c increase over the April declared dividend per share and in line with CenterPoint's targeted annual dividend per share growth rate of 6%.

CEO Projects Customer Savings of Approximately $4 Billion Over Next Decade
