BNB Standard Appoints Margaret Rosenfeld as Executive VP

BNB Standard announced the appointment of Margaret Rosenfeld as executive VP, chief strategy and legal officer. Rosenfeld will lead the company's legal, governance and regulatory strategy functions. She will report to Alex Odagiu, whom the company's board of directors appointed CEO on October 19. Rosenfeld has spent over 25 years advising public companies and their boards on securities regulation, capital markets, SEC reporting and M&A, including as an equity partner at K&L Gates. Her work in digital assets dates to 2015, when she founded one of the first blockchain practices at a U.S. law firm. She has since served as the first chief legal officer of four financial technology and digital asset platforms, most recently Everstake, a global staking infrastructure provider. Rosenfeld received an inducement award of restricted stock units for 363,636 shares of the company's common stock. "We are building a leadership team that can run BNB Standard the way a Nasdaq company should be run. Margaret's appointment is a big step toward it," said Alex Odagiu, CEO.

CEA Industries Updates on Negotiation Status with 10X Capital

CEA Industries provided an update on the status of the efforts by the board of directors to renegotiate the company's Asset Management Agreement with 10X Capital Asset Management. The board sought to align the agreement with market practice and improve three key provisions of a reduction in management fees payable to 10X from 1.75% of the company's treasury asset NAV to 0.50% of NAV, a reduction in the term of the agreement from 20 years to two years from the original date, and a commensurate reduction in the fees payable to 10X in the event of a termination without cause. To date, 10X has not provided the company with a definitive and comprehensive counterproposal, a mark-up of the proposed revised agreement, or even any substantive feedback on two of the proposal's most important economic terms.
