Accel Entertainment Signs New Agreement with Anabi Oil to Expand Nevada Operations

Accel Entertainment announced that its subsidiary, Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, entered into a new route agreement with Green Valley Grocery Convenience Stores, further expanding Accel's Nevada operations. Financial details were not disclosed. Through the agreement, Accel supports all active Green Valley Grocery locations owned and operated by Anabi Oil, representing approximately 600 electronic gaming terminals across Southern Nevada. This is the second significant transaction between Anabi Oil and Century in 2026. In January, Accel became the gaming partner for all of Anabi's Rebel Convenience Store locations across Las Vegas.

Accel Entertainment Appoints Stan Guidroz as Chief Operating Officer

Accel Entertainment announced that Stan Guidroz, currently Chief Executive Officer of the Company's Toucan Gaming, LLC subsidiary, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Accel. The appointment is effective July 14, 2026 and in connection with Mr. Guidroz's appointment, Mark Phelan, who serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, will relinquish the Chief Operating Officer title. As previously announced, Mr. Phelan will continue to serve as President and will become Chief Executive Officer of Accel in August 2026. "Stan is a proven leader who has made significant contributions to Accel's growth, and this promotion reflects his track record and the depth of talent across our organization," said Andy Rubenstein, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accel Entertainment. "Stan has built Toucan into a premier operator and a model for the disciplined, accretive growth we are pursuing across our markets. He will continue to draw on his deep Louisiana and industry-wide relationships as he takes on broader operational leadership across the Company." Separately, the Company announced that Derek Harmer, Chief Compliance Officer, will transition from his role to pursue other opportunities effective March 31, 2027, and will be joining the Company's gaming Compliance Committee effective April 1, 2027.

Accel Entertainment Completes Machine Conversion at Northern Winz Casino II

Accel Entertainment's Montana subsidiary, Century Gaming, has completed a full machine conversion at Northern Winz Casino II in Box Elder, Montana. The Chippewa Cree Tribe retired its 51 legacy, privately owned electronic gaming terminals and replaced them entirely with 51 new Century Gaming machines powered by Century's proprietary systems platform. Century Gaming has operated at the Tribe's adjacent Northern Winz Casino for several years, where it vends 49 machines on that location's broader gaming floor. Prior to the conversion, Northern Winz Casino II operated legacy, privately owned terminals that had reached the end of their useful life. The conversion equips Northern Winz Casino II with Century's full suite of proprietary systems.
