Starlab Space and Global Venture Management announced Global Venture Management's investment in Starlab. The companies said, "The investment adds to a deepening pool of institutional capital backing Starlab and signals continued confidence that Starlab, the U.S.-led, next-generation commercial space stationm is the defining infrastructure play of the post-International Space Station low-Earth orbit economy." Starlab Space is a U.S.-led, global joint venture among Voyager Technologies (VOYG), Airbus (EADSY), Mitsubishi Corporation (MSBHF), MDA Space (MDA), Palantir Technologies (PLTR), and Space Applications Services.

Voyager Technologies Awarded Contract with U.S. Space Force
Voyager Technologies was awarded a contract with the U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command to develop space-to-space communication capabilities. The effort supports a resilient data transport architecture for the Department of Defense. "The system we're developing will securely connect tactically linked spacecraft and systems across every orbit, but the best technology only changes the game if the government can afford to field it at speed and scale," said Matt Magana, president, Space, Defense & National Security, Voyager. "Our ability to deliver commercially with manufacturing capacity, transparent pricing and cost predictability is critical as the Space Force scales their data network."

Reports Q2 revenue $52.7M, consensus $49.76M. Reports "record" quarterly revenue of $52.7M, increasing 51% sequentially from the first quarter, and "record" quarterly bookings of $113.0M, resulting in a 2.1x Book-to-Bill ratio. "Voyager had a defining quarter - record revenue, record bookings and record backlog, the acquisition of Astrobotic Technology, and increased full-year guidance - reflecting exceptional execution against accelerating demand across defense modernization, national security and space," said Dylan Taylor, Chairman & CEO of Voyager Technologies.
